Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you place an order:

• Your name, email address, business name and business website
• Anything you write in the order form (for example, what you want featured)
• Files you upload, such as your logo and photos
• Order and payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

When you email us: your email address, name and what you write.

Records of your agreement: when you accept our Terms and place an order, we keep a record of that acceptance (for example, the date, time and order).

Automatically, when you visit our site: basic technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and the site that referred you. This comes from our hosting provider and any analytics tool we use, which may use cookies or similar technologies.

For business outreach: we may collect business contact details (a business's name, website, and a work email address) from public sources such as the business's own website, to send an introductory email about our service.

How we use it

• To make, deliver and revise your video, and to communicate with you about your order
• To process payments, refunds and disputes
• To answer your questions and provide support
• To send occasional business outreach emails (every one includes an unsubscribe link)
• To keep our site and service secure, prevent fraud, and understand how our site is used
• To comply with legal obligations

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

• Payment processing: Stripe
• Website hosting, database and file storage: our hosting and cloud database providers
• Video production: the cloud computing and software services we use to research, design, animate and render your video, and any contractor working on your project
• Email: the providers we use to send and receive email
• File delivery: the cloud storage service we use to deliver your files (for example, Google Drive)

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or others' safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

Your website and public content

To make your video, we read your business's website and public pages and use its text, logo, colors, fonts and images. This is business information you've published and asked us to use.

How long we keep it

We keep order information, your uploaded files and your delivered videos for as long as we need them to support your order, re-send files, keep business records, and (unless you opt out) show the video in our portfolio. Records needed for accounting, tax and disputes are kept as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your files and information at any time (see Your choices). Outreach contact details are kept until they're no longer needed; unsubscribe requests are kept permanently so we never email you again.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe: use the unsubscribe link in any outreach email, or email team@superlogic.dev. We honor requests promptly.
• Access, correction or deletion: email team@superlogic.dev to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We'll respond within 30 days. We may keep information we're legally required to retain.
• Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no common standard for responding to them, and our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and private, access-controlled storage for your files. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Where your information is processed

We're based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the United States. Some of our service providers may process it in other countries where they operate, under their own security and privacy commitments.

Links to other sites

Our site and emails may link to other websites, such as a platform where you'll post your video. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Children

Our service is for businesses and isn't directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from them, and we'll delete it if we learn we have.

California residents

We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can ask us what personal information we've collected about you and request its deletion by emailing team@superlogic.dev.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date at the top. Material changes apply only to information collected after the change.
