Background
Built as an evolution of an earlier CRE marketplace concept — when that model surfaced real friction around inventory and deal flow, we rebuilt the product around a sharper problem: giving CRE professionals a fast, trustworthy way to verify a deal's numbers before committing.
Challenges
Underwriting data in commercial real estate is scattered, inconsistent, and easy to misstate. The system needed to independently verify figures and surface discrepancies clearly, not just repackage whatever a broker provided.
Outcome
The result is Ground Truth Engine v2 — a forensic verification system with a Fidelity Index and a live dashboard, giving users a defensible, data-backed read on a deal in a fraction of the time manual underwriting takes.
